Scope and Sequence
Oxygen is a new four-level course in American English for Preparatoria schools in Mexico that follow the DGB program. The course is designed to comply with the latest educational reforms (RIEMS), and is based on the CEF and competency framework. It has an innovative methodology that breathes life into English language teaching. The course pays special attention to the six generic competencies ? Me, Communicate, Think, Collaborate, Learn, Act ? which are highlighted throughout using easy-to-recognize icons. All topics in the book are authentic and up-to-date and by the end of the course students will have developed a range of skills that can be applied to areas of study as well as life beyond the classroom.
